| Description: |
The Aldenville Credit Union is searching for a Business Development Officer (BDO) responsible, for sourcing, developing, tracking, monitoring and closing new business relationships for the credit union. The BDO will identify and help to develop strategic relationships with potential customers, developing a strong pipeline of new prospecting. Applying a broad knowledge of financial services to a variety of applications, the BDO will solicit new business and individual account relationships, call on existing members and network with industry professionals to develop referral opportunities and promote brand awareness among the community. Responsibilities include developing new deposit and loan growth and establishing links with target markets. The position requires seven to ten years of experience with business development and/or sales. Previous experience in the mortgage industry and knowledge of product packaging and FNMA guidelines is a plus. Must be able to operate independently and exercise significant latitude for independent judgment, discretion and action. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are mandatory. |
