Drive-up,ATM Now Open You spoke, we listened, and now the ACU main office has a drive-up facility!
In response to requests, both in-person and in our member opinion survey, many members indicated that they would like drive-up banking at the Grattan Street facility. Now it’s a reality.
The drive-up means greater convenience for many, with expanded hours of operation (an increase of about 25 percent). On most days, it opens earlier and closes later than the lobby.
But wait… there’s more!
One lane brings you a drive-up ATM, open 24 hours a day. For those who weren’t too keen on parking on busy Grattan Street to use the walk-up ATM, this additional service is a godsend.The parking lot configuration has changed somewhat, especially the Dale Street lot at the rear of the building (see map). The lots have new signs that will clearly guide you to your destination at Aldenville Credit Union. Pay heed to the signs, and please watch for foot traffic.
More on the way. The next project for the main office will be a refurbishing of the lobby. This face-lift will be both aesthetic (painting, papering, etc.) and practical (still in the planning stage). Among considerations for the lobby are a television for the teller line, tuned to information-type outlets; a computer station; and a dedicated kids' area.
